Hoje eu vim falar sobre as rela=C3=A7=C3=B5es de trabalho.
Voc=C3=AA j=C3=A1 se sentiu desmotivadx por ter que realizar o projeto de=
outras pessoas? Ou ainda=2C por ter a obriga=C3=A7=C3=A3o de fazer uma ta=
refa que voc=C3=AA n=C3=A3o queria e n=C3=A3o escolheu fazer?
Essa =C3=A9 a realidade de muitas pessoas e profissionais nos dias hoje. I=
nfelizmente=2C a cultura ganha-perde ainda =C3=A9 maioria nas nossas rela=
=C3=A7=C3=B5es de trabalho=2C onde que pra eu ganhar o outro precisa perde=
r. Fomos ensinados a nos relacionar desse jeito=2C j=C3=A1 enraizado na no=
ssa cultura. Seguimos um padr=C3=A3o social pr=C3=A9-estabelecido.
=C3=89 muito dif=C3=ADcil realizar o sonho das outras pessoas (por isso eu=
bato tanto na tecla da autenticidade aqui). Entretanto=2C temos medo de s=
ermos n=C3=B3s mesmos. =C3=80s vezes=2C nem sabemos quem somos. A rotina n=
os derruba e n=C3=A3o priorizamos o nosso autoconhecimento. Nos sentimos i=
nseguros de tentar coisas diferentes. N=C3=A3o nos vulnerabilizamos. E qua=
ndo n=C3=A3o h=C3=A1 vulnerabilidade=2C quando n=C3=A3o h=C3=A1 confian=C3=
=A7a=2C n=C3=A3o existe espa=C3=A7o para a conex=C3=A3o verdadeira e nem p=
ara colabora=C3=A7=C3=A3o.
Se uma pessoa um dia te falou que =C3=A9 colaborativa e=2C ao mesmo tempo=
=2C n=C3=A3o respeita e acolhe a individualidade das pessoas que trabalham=
junto com ela=E2=80=A6 Queridxs=2C lamento dizer que =C3=A9 algu=C3=A9m s=
er usa da palavra colabora=C3=A7=C3=A3o para disfar=C3=A7ar uma rela=C3=A7=
=C3=A3o ganha-perde. Cuidado =C3=A9 um caracter=C3=ADstica-chave quando se=
fala em colaborar.
Gosto de dizer que preciso cuidar de mim para ter energia e condi=C3=A7=C3=
=B5es de cuidar dos grupos e comunidades que fa=C3=A7o parte e tamb=C3=A9m=
do nosso planeta. Por isso=2C a minha coloca=C3=A7=C3=A3o anterior n=C3=
=A3o significa que devemos abrir m=C3=A3o de quem somos e do que queremos.=
Pelo contr=C3=A1rio: nos convida a praticar o amor pr=C3=B3prio=2C de ser=
mos capazes de falarmos a verdade sobre o que nos cuida=2C o que faz senti=
do pra gente e o que realmente concordamos. Uma vez eu participei do Semin=

e pedir o que precisamos. Sempre temos a escolha de sair ou permanecer nu=
m projeto=2C num trabalho ou mesmo num relacionamento.

d=C3=A9cada de 80 querendo transcender esse modelo para que possamos cria=

o priorizamos o nosso autoconhecimento. Nos sentimos inseguros de tentar c=
